So I decided to post a bunch of my design sketches. I guess sort of to show off. Not really worried about people ripping me off - I’m full of ideas and most of this stuff is weird enough that it would need to be seen in 3 dimensions. After all, I’d be more concerned about someone jacking my patterns. Designs = ideas. Patterns = work. “Even if Issey were to somehow get a hold of my sketches, he’d never make them like I’d make them.” Or something like that.
Posted them to show my friend for some feedback. You’re welcome to feed-back as well… just don’t tell me “how great” they look or how you’d “totally buy that”. While I appreciate the sentiment, that doesn’t help me much, unless you’re a buyer or investor.
Considering taking a job as a stitcher in a local dancewear factory. I’d snap it right up if the money made the drive/overhead viable, but not so. I learned a lot at the interview tho. Hope to get a job there that slightly matches my qualifications better.
